ACTIVITIES

 

  • As part of the extension activity on employability and leadership skills, the UNAI club of Bishop Speechly College signed an MOU under the guidance of Principal Dr Roy Sam Daniel, with Bishop Moore College for the Hearing Impaired, Adoor.
  • United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) attempts to bind institutions offering higher educations with the United Nations to bring out certain expected principles.
  • Undertaking the UNAI principle of protection of human rights, access to education, sustainability and conflict resolution, the project attempts to provide training to develop employability skills for the students of Bishop Moore College.
  • It is also part of the program to provide technical and leadership skills to the students of Bishop Speechly College and to share the resources of the placement cell of our college with Bishop Moore College for the Hearing Impaired.
  • The joint effort of the students of the UNAI wing of Bishop Speechly College who are placed in various MNCs like INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, KPMG and the faculty members would be put together to impart employability skills as per the newest industry standards.  Moreover, basic skills in photography and videography would also be provided, keeping in mind the growing demand for the same.
  • The aim of this venture is to equip the students with certain skills and knowledge that would procure placements for them in MNCs under various job roles like Accountant & Business Process Executive, Hardware Technician, and the like and also individual employability on the completion of the courses offered on photography and videography.
